Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your FitNFaith membership at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the end of your current billing cycle and you will not be charged again.

Access until the end of your cycle

After cancelling, you keep full access to all paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for. Once that period ends, your account moves to the free tier (or closes, if you choose).

Free trial

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged.

How to cancel

Cancel from the in-app billing portal, or through our payment provider Paddle at paddle.net using the email you used at checkout. Cancellation is effective immediately for billing — you won't be charged again — and your access continues until the end of the current cycle.

Refunds

Because cancellation stops all future charges and you keep access for the time you've already paid for, we do not offer prorated or partial refunds for the current billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, or you have a billing dispute, please contact Paddle (the Merchant of Record for all FitNFaith orders) at paddle.net. Refunds, where granted, are returned to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
